Description

Implant is a great solution for reconstructive cases. This patient has had a cleft lip which was repaired in childhood. As an adult, she presents with a small upper jaw and retrusion of the upper lip. The upper lip is scarred from her cleft lip repair and will be hard to enhance with fat or fillers. We chose an implant just for the upper lip, since the lower lip is naturally full.
