This patient has very thin lips and little red of her lips shows. Plus, she has vertical lines around the mouth where lip stick runs. She is in her seventies and does not want to look fake or unnatural. Implants acheived both goals: having fuller lips and also getting rid of the vertical creases even when the lips are pursed.She has a natural beatiful smile.
